Ideal for couples who have planned their wedding independently and want a professional team to take over logistics and execution in the final stretch to be as fully present as possible and avoid any hiccups.
Includes:
-Planning support beginning approximately 8 weeks prior to the wedding
-Review of all vendor contracts and planning details
-Wedding day timeline creation
-Coordination with all vendors prior to the wedding
-Custom floor plan and layout creation
-Final walkthrough and logistics planning
-On-site wedding day management led by the Lead Planner
and one Event Assistant
-Oversight of setup, key moments, and overall event flow, full breakdown and pack up.

Our Event Design service is a stand-alone offering created for celebrations such as bridal showers, engagement parties, and intimate gatherings where thoughtful design and a cohesive vision are the priority. We begin by learning your story, the purpose of the event, and the atmosphere you want to create. From there, we develop a clear design concept that reflects your style and feels intentional from start to finish. Every visual element is carefully considered, ensuring the event feels elevated, cohesive, and memorable for your guests.
This service focuses exclusively on the creative direction and design of your event, bringing together color, texture, décor, and personalized details to create a beautifully layered experience.

-Creative concept and design direction
-Theme development and visual storytelling
-Décor styling and cohesive design elements
-Procurement of rentals, tabletop details, and overall aesthetic
