When it feels like changing leaves + a little sweetness. This wedding at Smith Farm Gardens unfolded in an early autumn setting that made the property feel even more magical. Guests arrived through a whimsical tent entrance, greeted by blossoms both inside and out.

The Design Details

Inside the tent, long farm tables stretched beneath canopies of freshly cut trees, their leaves already shifting with the season. Sage, ivory, and painted taper candles glowed, while mixed bud vases and trumpet vases dotted the tablescape with delicate seasonal blooms.

At the sweetheart table, a green toile runner grounded a lush arrangement of dahlias.. a nod to timeless romance and countryside charm. Every detail, from the floral installations to the subtle candlelight, layered together to create an atmosphere that was equal parts intimate and enchanting.

Custom Stationery

One of the most meaningful design elements came from Tulaloo’s bespoke stationery suite, which featured custom watercolor paintings of Smith Farm Gardens. Each piece highlighted the venue’s charm through hand-painted illustrations that captured the spirit of New England in early autumn. From invitations to day-of details, these paper goods tied the event together seamlessly, giving guests a first glimpse of the beauty they would experience long before they walked through the tented entrance.

Ceremony Music

Setting the tone for the day, Ariana Strings performed live throughout the ceremony, creating a soundtrack curated just for the couple. Guests were treated to a unique mix that blended classic romance with modern favorites—from The Beatles to Taylor Swift, Stephen Sanchez, and more—every note chosen to reflect the couple’s story. The music filled the gardens with warmth and intimacy, making the ceremony feel even more personal and unforgettable.
