The festivities began with a warm and inviting rehearsal dinner right on site at The Litchfield Inn. The Inn’s Seed to Plate catering team created a Tuscany family-style feast, where guests shared long tables and green floral printed linens from Nuage Designs filled with seasonal dishes, fresh ingredients, and the kind of lively conversation that set the tone for the weekend. It was cozy, communal, and the perfect start to Em + M’s wedding celebration.

A September Wedding to Remember

Although the skies brought rain on the wedding day, it only added to the intimate, romantic feel of the celebration. Guests gathered indoors for a heartfelt ceremony, followed by a reception that felt straight out of a New England storybook.

The ballroom was transformed by Fleur Connecticut, who created a stunning greenery ceiling installation that draped the space in lush elegance. Paired with glowing lighting from Powerstation Events, the atmosphere was both warm and elevated—rain could never dampen the beauty of this day.

Elegant Details & Thoughtful Touches

The couple’s stationery and day-of details by Suitescape Design tied the entire aesthetic together. From personalized signage with wavy details to the invitation suite and venue illustration, every element reflected their timeless style.

Emily’s gown from Miss Stella York was as romantic as the setting, flowing effortlessly from first look to last dance. Hair and makeup by Allure Traveling Beauty kept her glowing all day. Guests dined on a carefully curated menu by David Alan Hospitality Group before hitting the dance floor with AMS DJ & Lighting keeping the energy high all night.
